Taken for (the) truth
Are/is only there to fool (with) me
(Emotion(s)) how cruel they/life can be

Will I lose control
Will I lose my hold
On reality

Will I let (it) go
Will I ever know
What (it) was meant to be/
What (it) could have been

My heart entombs me
Or does my knowledge fuel the
Fire burning in my soul/
Dream(s) (that) I presume to/will be

Searching for the proof
A way to bend/break the rules/truth and be
Free to choose (the tools) to see
The/my ideas build/become (my) destiny
(And) the future('/(i)s) (a)waiting (for) (you and) me
